Tsung-Cheng received his degree of Master of Education in Community Counseling from National Chi Nan University, Taiwan, in 2009. Before that, he had earned another degree of Master of Science in Soil Science in 1999. The 10-year journey of career transition was critical for him. He learned to listen to the inner callings, and tried to persuade the family with his determination.
It was an unforgettable moment to encounter the postmodern ideas in the workshop of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy held by Dr. Wen Hsiao since 2002. In the same year, he was fortunate to meet Dr. Insoo Kim Berg and Dr. Shi-Jiuan Wu at Teacher Chang Foundation to explore the possibility of the helping practices and taste the Narrative Therapy in clever and tender ways. After a full-time internship, he joined the Collaborative Therapy held by Dr. Harlene Anderson in 2008. The conversations based on the position of Not knowing and Uncertainty inspired his work and personal life deeply and broadly.
Dream, Fun, and Practice are core elements of life for Tsung- Cheng. He does like to share the joy generated from being immersed in ordinary dialogues, collaborate with children and their families, and facilitate the transformation of what happening in the mutual process into relational resources friendly for all beings.
