Works as a Professorial Research Fellow for the Research Nucleus Margens (acronym for Ways of Life, Family and Gender Relations), Department of Psychology, UFSC; in the Research Nucleus in Legal Psychology (NPPJ), Department of Psychology, Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), and in the Research Group VIPAT (Violencia en la Pareja y en el Trabajo – Intimate partner and Workplace Violence), Social Psychology Department, UAB, Barcelona, Spain. Acts as Coordinating Editor for Nova Perspectiva Sistêmica [New Systemic Perspective] Scientific Journal, published by the Noos Institute (Rio de Janeiro/São Paulo, Brazil). Member of the Editorial Committe, Noos Institute publishing house. Undertook a 3-month post-doctoral visit (from December, 2012 to February, 2013), at the School of Applied Social Science, University of Brighton, UK, and also at the University of Granada (Social Psychology Department), Spain (November, 2013 to February, 2014, Coimbra Group Scholarship Programme). Holds a Post-doctorate (PDJ-CNPq scholarship) from the Psychology Department, UFSC (March, 2013 – July, 2014). Visiting Professor at Universidad Andina Simón Bolivar, Equador branch (Quito), in June, 2014, June, 2015, and January, 2016.

Co-editor of the book “Atendimento a homens autores de violência contra as mulheres: experiências latino americanas” [Care of men perpetrators of violence against women– experiences in Latin America], with M. Toneli, Mara C. S. Lago and Danilo Clímaco, edited by UFSC/CFH/NUPPE (2010). Co-author of the book “Metodologia de Grupos Reflexivos de Gênero” [Methodology for Gender Reflexive Groups], with Alan Bronz, published by the Noos Institute (2016), and co-organizer of the book “Homens e Violência contra Mulheres. Pesquisas e Intervenções no Contexto Brasileiro” [Men and violence against women. Research and interventions in the Brazilian context], with Marcos Nascimento, published recently by the Noos Institute (2017).
