Xavier was born in 1980 in South Africa and comes from a multicultural family with a Spanish father, and a Welsh and English mother. During his childhood and in general during all his life, he has lived in different places, although mainly in Andalusia and since 2005 in Canary Islands. His history, that is imbued with fusion and movement, is very related with his motivations and interests, his ways of seeing and feeling the world he lives in. Xavier is curious and respectful with other ways of life, and his movement still goes towards traveling in all senses, knowing other cultures, and social and artistic expressions. This is what brings him to work as a psychotherapist in a place like Tenerife, with such rich multicultural fusion.

Xavier is a Psychologist, trained as a Family, Couple and Sexual Therapist, from a humanistic and systemic approach, he has an International Certification in Collaborative and Dialogical Practices, and actually is coursing a Master´s degree in Narrative Therapy and Community Work. Xavier also has other specific training in Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Gestalt Therapy and Creative Therapies. 

He has worked for the Child Protection System and for other Community Social Services Projects. In the present moment he still collaborates in different projects related with childhood, youth and families, but mostly is dedicated to attend as a psychotherapist in his own private consultry practice.
