I work as senior consult with Strategic Relational Leadership and
Organisational Development from a social constructionist perspective in
order to contribute to a better society and more sustainable
organisations – through better leadership. I am business partner and
senior consultant at MacMann Berg. My key qualifications is about
strategic relational leadership, relational coordination, communication,
change processes, reflexive and innovative organizational learning,
coaching; conflict management; social constructionist epistemology,
theory and practice; practical leadership and process facilitation in
large-scale change processes.
I have been teaching the last 8 years at Management training Programs, Executive Programs and MSc-programs. The last ten years as business partner and senior consultant at the consulting company, MacMann Berg in Denmark. I have published articles and books about leadership and OD from at social constructionist perspective. My passion is to make a difference that makes a difference, to strengthen and innovate the constructionist thinking and practice – together with researchers and practioners. 2013 I published the book: Strategic relational leadership – effectful change management from a systemic perspective.
