Her main interests in her work stem from her concerns about labor-management relationships and how these relationship issues impact opportunities for organizations and their members to grow and to achieve. Jane is Founder of Business Performance Group in Lima, Ohio and has a master’s degree in organization development. She is a graduate of The Taos Institute – Tilburg University Doctoral program in Social Sciences and Advisor of The Taos Institute.
