Vanessa Manassero obtained her License in Clinical Psychology and her Masters degree in Family Therapy at Universidad de las Américas in México City. She is a stress management specialist integrating Biofeedback and psychotherapy. Member of the Medical Society of Médica Sur in México City, she participates as psychotherapist in the Eating Disorder Clinic at Médica Sur where she dialogues with young women diagnosed with eating disorders, children diagnosed with obesity and their families. She has an International Certification in Collaborative Practices from the Houston Galveston Institute, The Taos Institute and Grupo Campos Elíseos in The Education and Leadership Program. Vanessa has been part of Grupo Campos Elíseos for fifteen years; has studied postmodern therapies, positive psychology, creativity, expressive writing, and eating disorders. She is teaching in two groups of this year programs in GCE, having conversations about postmodern ideas, collaborative approach and expressive-reflective writing. She is also the resident teacher at the weekend Intensive Program: Collaborative/Narrative Perspectives: Applications to human Relationships, part of the International Certificate in Collaborative Practices in México. She has her private practice in Mexico City as an individual, couple and family therapist. Vanessa is currently interested in joining learning communities that open conversations on collaborative practices, positive psychology, narrative ideas and also integrating knowledge from other disciplines.
