Allen Moore is a Senior Partner with Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting, and serves as their Global Practice Leader for Executive Coaching. He works from his home in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, supporting many domestic and international client engagements. As a senior business executive with over fifteen years working abroad, Mr. Moore has extensive experience coaching senior executives and high potential leaders on the organizational skills and behaviors required for success as they transition to new or higher roles. He frequently coaches on improving the strategic or global view, leading enterprise change, engaging others, and executive communication. He has worked in the industry verticals of consumer goods and services, energy and utilities, financial services, healthcare,hospitality, logistics, government, retail, and technology. As a beginning to his leadership career, he spent over twenty years in healthcare diagnostics as the director of international business for Baxter Healthcare/Dade Diagnostics. He counts another fifteen years of experience consulting, in principal or managing director roles, for the firms of IWNC, the Strategic Management Group, Atos Origin, and Accenture. Mr. Moore holds a master-level certification as an executive coach and completed his doctoral degree in social psychology at Tilburg University, with a focus on relational leadership and systems-complexity theory. He also holds a master’s degree in business systems from the University of Southern California and undergraduate degrees in biomedical engineering (University of Alabama) and business administration (University of Phoenix).
