International lecturer. I offer open programs on strength based
methodologies like Appreciative Inquiry, Creativity, Mindfulness,
Meditation and other approaches which attract senior leaders from Global
companies, public agencies, consultants and researchers. I offer
training on Appreciative Inquiry. I have conducted summits and workshops
on Appreciative Inquiry in different international companies.
Author of several books translated into 5 languages. In 2013 is
published “Indagación Apreciativa: un enfoque innovador para la
transformación personal y de las organizaciones. Inspirémonos para
diseñar nuestro futuro”, with David Cooperrider as co-author.
Trained on Appreciative Inquiry by David Cooperrider and Judy
Rodgers in 2002. Certified on Appreciative Inquiry by David Cooperrider
and Ron Fry, Case Western University, USA.
Coach PCC certified by ICF.
Meditation and Mindfulness Trainer.
Professor at different management schools in Europe.
Member and lecturer of ISOL Foundation, India (Integrating
Spirituality in Organizations and Leadership). In January 2013 received
the ISOL award for my research on introducing spirituality in
organizational leadership.
Since 2010 I am a volunteer of the Foundation for the Culture of
Peace, founded by Federico Mayor (former Director General of UNESCO),
and I am part of the coordinating team for the Spirit of Humanity Forum.
