Young-Seok Lee, Ph.D. is President of ORP Institute in Korea, and a founding partner of the Korean Association for Appreciative Inquiry (KAAI). A leading scholar who studies relationships and interactions among people in organizational context, Dr. Lee applies his expertise in Industrial Psychology to further theory and practices for organizational revitalization. An outstanding contributor to the fields of leadership competency, trust, organizational culture and facilitation, he guides individuals and organizations to make fundamental and significant changes using the positively powerful approach of Appreciative Inquiry. Dr. Lee also disseminates a facilitation skill called Technology of Participation in Korea, through his association with the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA). His ultimate goal is to contribute to the betterment of the society with the skill and knowledge he has acquired through academic study and experience with facilitation of positive change.
