Flaviana F. Naves, MSc, is a psychologist, and a conflict mediator. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, Brazil. Initially she focused her studies and work in the area of education. She was a lecturer at the Center of Educational Psychology, at the Federal University of Uberlândia from 2012 to 2015, where she also collaborated in research projects. She had previously worked in a primary school as a school psychologist. She is currently a clinical psychologist in her private practice, where she works with groups and individual care of children, adults and families. Ms. Naves offers courses, lectures and supervisions supported by the ideas of Social Constructionism. She is also a founding partner of Verso, an institute of conflict mediation, where she acts as mediator in multiple contexts where conflicts can be solved by believing that relationships can be transformed through dialogue.
