Charlotte
Øland Madsen, MA in Organization and Strategy, and Ph.D. is associate
professor at the Department of Business and Management at Aalborg
University. She is teaching within the fields of organizing, sensemaking
and management for BA and MA students in business and in public
governance.
Her research is primarily situated in the FIRM
(Firms, Innovation, Relationships and Management) research group. She is
currently engaged with research projects on dialogic management
learning processes and social constructionist methodology. Her research
interests are based in dialogic processes, identity construction and
discursive psychology.
She has in 2007 published a Ph.D. thesis
“The social construction of success – a discursive psychological study
of SAP R3 implementation”, Aarhus School of Business, co-authored books
on relational leading and problem-based learning. An article written
with associate professor Mette Vinther Larsen on social poetics and
management learning has recently been published.
