Naomi is a psychotherapist in private practice in Newington, NH where she specializes in grief, couples work and trauma. She has chosen to locate her practice at Whole Life Healthcare, a large integrative group of healthcare professionals who share a passion for treating entire persons through a cooperative, reflexive, respectful approach.

Naomi became interested in Social Construction after years as a practicing healthcare professional, when she recognized the barriers to collaboration across disciplines as detrimental to those who sought her services. She conducted research on this important topic at Whole Life Healthcare, through the generosity and participation of her colleagues there. She continues to enjoy collaborating with them, and broadening her knowledge through discussions of the different healthcare approaches represented in the practice.

Naomi is the co-founder of Seacoast EFT, whose mission is to provide training, peer supervision and collaborative opportunities to therapists trained in the model of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. Seacoast EFT is also dedicated to providing education and support to couples and families wishing to strengthen their bonds. She is the co-host of The Couch, a free monthly podcast produced for couples seeking information and help for their relationships.

Naomi is an adjunct faculty member in the MSW program at The University of New Hampshire in Durham. She believes it is important for experienced healthcare professionals to engage in dialogue with future practitioners, and to allow themselves to be informed by the relational processes that take place in learning environments.

She is certified in EMDR  and in EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy)
