Leadership is a vulnerable position. Why do people want to become a leader? How are they able to make any changes? The aspects about emotions, thoughts and language are subjects for research and hereby we as researchers are able to inspire leaders to reflect about their learning processes, and in the end how they would like to be a great leader and how they will ‘go out and do it!’
