Kelly.firstname.lastname@example.orgKelly works as a nurse executive for the U.S. Department of Veterans Health Affairs. She is a chief nurse at the Salisbury VA Medical Center. Kelly works with healthcare providers and veterans creating opportunities for cultural transformation through relationship enhancement. Her areas of interest include aging, caring theory, servant leadership, end-of-life-care and Healing Touch. Kelly is a subject matter expert for the American Nurses Association for the ANCC Nurse Executive Certification exam and a faculty member of the Conscious Dying Institute in Boulder, Colorado. She completed her Masters Degree from St. Joseph’s College of Maine in Health Services Administration and from Gonzaga University in Organizational Leadership. She completed her Doctoral studies at Twente University through the Taos institute. Her PhD focused on reconstructing Nurses’ relationships with older patients.
