Psychologist São Paulo, SP, Brazil
Gabriela is a psychologist who loves research and teaching. Working in the field of social psychology and its interfaces with public health and education, she has made her doctoral study a possibility of converging these interests. In her Ph.D research, she analyses critical moments in processes of permanent education carried out with professionals of public mental health services of a Brazilian city. With this, Gabriela emphasize the centrality of the conversational process to promote transformation of meanings and practices, highlighting the facilitation based on responsiveness as a way to provide the ground for building educational contexts.
In her master's study, she was interested in the process of disclosure of Brazilian public health system (Sistema Único de Saúde - SUS) in newspaper. With this, Gabriela describes the process of discursive construction that places SUS as an ineffective system.
